The Centre for Medieval Studies Summer School is a series of workshops focused on working with medieval manuscripts. This two-year programme is designed for MA and PhD students who are fluent in Latin.

The first gathering of the school will be conducted in Polish and will take place in Wrocław in August 2024. It will be focused on the manuscript collections of the University Library in Wrocław. Students will participate in six courses run by specialists from all over the country. The topics of the courses are:

• Codicology,
• Gothic Palaeography,
• Medieval Latin,
• Medieval Literature,
• Introduction to Critical Editing,
• Digital Editing.
